BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

· Manage inbound and outbound calls with existing customers.

· Set appointments and communicate closely with sales staff.

· Answer customer questions regarding current promotions.

· Contribute to a successful team environment.

Qualifications

· Comfortable and reassuring on the telephone

· Experience being part of a team

· Ability to follow specific steps or even a script in a sales environment
